Every order comes with shipment tracking and requires a signature confirmation, facilitated by our trusted shipping partners, Canada Post and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Please allocate 1-2 business days for standard order processing, and up to 5 business days during promotional events and the holiday season.

You will receive an email containing tracking information, which can be monitored on the Canada Post or UPS websites.

All shipping rates are displayed in Canadian Dollars.

Any international duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you have questions about these charges in your country, please reach out to your local customs office.

Once a shipment departs our facility, SoleQuest Inc. bears no liability for any loss, damage, or theft. For any inquiries or concerns, please contact the designated shipping courier.

Our delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Various factors like weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or unforeseen events beyond our control may impact shipment schedules.

Please note that estimated delivery times do not apply to international orders, as they vary depending on the destination country. After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes incurred after shipment. While we strive to minimize these expenses for international customers, we cannot guarantee the absence of unexpected charges.

Pick-up Policy

For the protection of our customers and to maintain the integrity of our pickup process, we require the presentation of two government-issued IDs along with the credit card utilized for the transaction upon pickup. This policy ensures accountability and helps prevent unauthorized pickups or fraudulent activities. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines as we prioritize the security and satisfaction of our clientele.
